  • Where are you located?
    StrainSeek is based out of London, Ontario.
  • Do you have a pickup location?
    No, we operate as an online-only business with no physical location.
  • Is it legal to buy weed and shrooms online in Canada?
    Cannabis is legal in Canada for both recreational and medicinal use. Magic mushrooms and products containing psilocybin are currently controlled substances in Canada. With that said, the past few years have seen a major societal shift in attitudes towards psilocybin. Its therapeutic value has been validated by science and the stigma associated with it has started to fade. It’s clear that Canadians want safe and reliable access to psilocybin, and a path towards legalization is now visible. The likelihood of getting in trouble for possession of psilocybin in Canada is very low, but always use common sense and be aware of your risks and responsibilities.
  • Do I have to register an account to place an order?
    No registration or referral is required to order from StrainSeek. If you’re over the age of 19 and located in Canada, you’re all set!
  • How will I know my order was received?
    Once your order has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see this in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If it’s still not there after a few minutes, please contact us by email, phone or text.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    We accept Interac e-transfer for all orders. The payment email address is provided to you during checkout and is also in your order confirmation email. Please send your e-transfer right away after you submit your order to make sure it arrives on time. For delivery orders in London, ON only, we also accept cash on delivery. If you’d like to pay cash, please let us know during checkout.
  • What should I set as the password for my payment?
    Our payment account has auto-deposit enabled and in most cases a password is not required. If your bank or credit union doesn’t support auto-deposit you may need to password protect your payment. If this is the case, please set your order number as the password.
  • There’s a problem with my order, or an item I received. What should I do?
    If you have any issues with the order you received, please get in touch with us through email, phone or text as soon as you can.
  • Do you offer shipping to my area?
    We can ship your order to any physical mailing address in Canada. We do not ship to addresses outside of Canada.
  • How soon after placing my order will it be shipped?
    Our mail orders go out at 12pm daily Monday through Friday. If we received your order and payment before noon, we’ll ship it the same day. If your order was placed and paid for after 12pm, expect it to ship the following business day at noon.
  • When will my parcel arrive?
    Your order will be shipped through Canada Post Xpresspost. Our customers in Ontario and Quebec typically receive their orders in 1 to 2 business days. Orders shipped to BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nunavut, Yukon and NWT typically take 2 to 3 business days to arrive.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes. Once we’ve shipped your order you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, and a link to track its progress.
  • What does shipping cost?
    Shipping is free when you spend $300 or more. For orders under $300, a shipping flat-rate of $15 is applied to your total on checkout.
  • Will I need to sign for my parcel?
    No, you do not need to sign for your parcel. However, if you would like us to add a signature option or if you’d like your parcel held at your local mail depot for pick up, you can notify us at the time of order and we can customize your shipment to accommodate your preference.
  • Do you ship in discreet packaging?
    Yes, we use Canada Post prepaid mailers in most cases. Larger parcels are shipped in plain, unmarked mailers or boxes. Your parcel will have a return address label, but it won’t say StrainSeek or give any indication of the contents. Odorous items such as flowers and vapes are always vacuum sealed before packing.
  • Do you deliver to my area?
    We offer same-day delivery Monday through Saturday in London, Ontario only.
  • Is there a delivery charge?
    Delivery is free when you spend $50 or more. For orders under $50, a $10 delivery fee is applied to your total at checkout.
  • What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?
    Orders must be placed by 6pm for same-day delivery.
  • What time will my delivery arrive?
    Our deliveries go out at 6pm Monday through Saturday and are usually all completed before 845pm. In most cases you can expect your delivery between 615pm and 830pm on the day you schedule it for. Our drivers use route planning software to determine the order of stops once we’ve received all the delivery orders for that day. This means we can’t predict their exact ETA until the cutoff time. If you need a specific ETA, contact us after 6pm by phone or text.
  • Do I need to be present for my delivery?
    By default our drivers will attempt to deliver your order to you in person unless you tell us otherwise. Paid orders can be delivered to your mailbox or safe-drop location upon request. If paying cash, please ensure that you are available to receive your order during our delivery hours of 6pm-9pm. If our drivers don't receive a response at the door when they arrive, they will try to contact you by phone call or text. If they still get no response, they will skip your delivery and continue on with their route to make sure all customers receive their orders on time.
  • Will my delivery order be packaged discreetly?
    Yes. Your delivery will arrive in discreet, opaque packaging no different than when you order food, groceries or pharmacy items.
  • Can I add special instructions for my delivery?
    Yes, if you have any requests or need to provide extra instructions regarding delivery please click ‘Add a note’ in your shopping cart to let us know. If you want to provide extra information after you’ve placed your order, please update us via email or text.
