We offer same-day delivery in London Ontario.
Delivery is free on orders $50 and over.
A delivery charge of $10 is applied at checkout on orders under $50.
Your order must be placed before the 6pm cutoff for same-day service.
If ordering after 6pm, you'll get the option at checkout to select a future date for your delivery.
We deliver Monday through Saturday.
Delivery hours are 6pm to 9pm. Expect your order to arrive between those hours! We don't deliver on Sundays or statutory holidays.
If you'd like to provide specific instructions or details regarding your delivery, please go to your shopping cart then click 'Add a note' to do so.
For cash orders, please ensure that you'll be available for your scheduled delivery. We understand that things can come up, so if you need to step out or reschedule, please contact us and let us know!

We offer express shipping to any mailing address in Canada.
We use Canada Post Xpresspost to mail your order, which typically arrives in 1 to 3 business days.
A shipping charge of $15 will be added at checkout to your total once you select Xpresspost as your fulfillment option. Orders over $299 get free shipping!
Mail orders go out at 12pm Monday through Friday. If you placed your order before noon on a weekday, we'll ship it the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are shipped the next business day.
We'll email you a shipping confirmation with a link to track your order. If you didn't receive a shipping confirmation please check your junk or spam folder!
If you'd like to sign for your shipment, please go to your shopping cart before checking out and click 'Add a note' to let us know.
Ordering Details
Our online ordering system is available 24/7.
Payment is accepted through Interac e-transfer. For local delivery orders (London ONLY) we also accept cash on delivery.
Once you've placed your order you'll receive an email confirmation with your order summary, and instructions for payment.
To pay with e-transfer, please send the total amount to the email address provided in your confirmation email.
